Refund policy
We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. All sales are final.
I do my best to make sure all physical orders are packaged safely but sometimes packages are damaged during transit. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at jb@jbtheindie.com with your order number and photos of the item’s condition. These are assessed on a case-by-case basis and I will do my best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
If your order is missing something or I’ve accidentally sent you extras or a double-up, please email me so I can rectify the issue. If you have any further questions these can also be emailed to us as well.
